In the spring of 2018, I designed this set of unofficial logos for a teacher & swim coach at a local high school. His team had won the MLB Pacific Division Championships, and he wanted to surprise them by having t-shirts made.

Because I taught at this school myself a few years ago, I knew what the general demographic was. In his own words, the swim coach wanted “something the kids would like.” Therefore, my goal was to design a traditional mascot logo that was fierce but still fun.
